We operate an online premium fashion rental service through our website and associated digital platforms, through which customers may rent curated holiday wardrobes on a short-term basis.
3.1 Voyage. provides a curated, service-led fashion rental platform. Upon completion of a Style Profile, we will curate a personalised Suitcase comprising three premium dresses and coordinated accessories, tailored to your destination and aesthetic preferences.
3.2 All Garments are sourced from established UK fashion brands, including but not limited to Never Fully Dressed and Because of Alice. Specific brands and styles cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
3.3 The standard Rental Period is four (4) days. Extended hire periods may be available on request and will be subject to separate pricing.
3.4 Our service is available to customers aged 18 and over, resident in the United Kingdom.
3.5 We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where we are unable to fulfil a Style Profile to the required standard.
4.1 Orders are placed through our website, powered by Shopify, with payment processed via Shop Pay. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.2 The Total Rental Charge of £360 (Rental Fee £320 + Service Fee £40) is payable in full at the time of booking.
4.3 Your order is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it satisfactorily.
4.4 Prices quoted on the website are subject to change. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of booking.
5.1 Garments are delivered via DPD tracked delivery. Delivery is included within the Service Fee. We will provide a tracking link upon dispatch.
5.2 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the point of booking. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet these, but delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence.
5.3 You are responsible for ensuring that you are available to receive delivery at the address specified. Voyage. accepts no liability for delayed delivery due to failed delivery attempts.
5.4 Risk in the Garments passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for the Garments from the point of receipt until they are collected by the return courier.
5.5 Upon receipt, you must inspect the Garments and notify us of any pre-existing damage within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in damage being attributed to your rental.
6.1 You agree to take reasonable care of all Garments during the Rental Period. Garments must be treated as borrowed items belonging to Voyage. and handled accordingly.

6.3 Normal, light soiling resulting from wear (such as minor marks or odour) is acceptable and is covered within the Service Fee. Dry cleaning is always included in every rental.
6.4 You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Garments beyond fair wear and tear during the Rental Period.
7.1 Each Suitcase includes a pre-paid DPD returns label. You must return all Garments using this label by the date specified in your order confirmation.
7.2 Late returns will incur an additional charge of £30 per day beyond the agreed Rental Period. We will notify you of any late return charges by email before processing payment.
7.3 All Garments must be returned in the original packaging where possible. Failure to return the Suitcase packaging may result in an additional charge of £15.
7.4 Garments must be returned unwashed. Our professional cleaning partners handle all post-rental care. Attempting to clean Garments may result in damage for which you remain liable.
7.5 We recommend obtaining proof of posting when returning Garments. Voyage. cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey once a tracking reference has been issued.

8.1 All damage assessments will be carried out within five (5) working days of return. We will notify you of any damage charges by email and provide photographic evidence before processing payment.
8.2 You have the right to dispute a damage charge within 48 hours of notification. Disputes will be reviewed by our team and a decision communicated within five (5) working days.
9.1 Following the Rental Period, you may have the option to purchase individual Garments at a discounted rate. Purchase options, where available, will be communicated by email after your return.
9.2 Post-rental purchases are offered at the discretion of Voyage. and are subject to garment condition. Pricing is typically set at 50% of the current retail RRP.
9.3 Upon purchase, ownership of the Garment transfers to you and the rental terms cease to apply to that item.
10.1 You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made by email to hello@voyage.rent.
10.2 Once a Suitcase has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued for the Rental Fee. The Service Fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
10.3 If you are unhappy with your Suitcase on arrival and the contents do not materially reflect your Style Profile, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds or exchanges in such cases are at our discretion.
10.4 Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these Terms. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain exclusions apply to bespoke and personalised goods — as our Suitcases are curated individually to your Style Profile, the standard 14-day right of return for online purchases does not apply to the rental service itself.
11.1 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the Total Rental Charge paid by you for that order.
11.3 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of enjoyment, travel disruption, or costs arising from delayed delivery where such delay is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to courier delays, extreme weather, or industrial action).
11.4 We do not guarantee that Garments will fit perfectly. Our Style Profile process and size guidance are designed to reduce fit-related issues; however, we cannot guarantee suitability for every individual body shape. We recommend reviewing our detailed size guides before ordering.
12.1 All content on the Voyage. website and associated materials — including brand identity, imagery, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of Voyage Rental Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent.
12.3 By sharing images of yourself wearing our Garments on social media and tagging Voyage., you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share or repost that content for marketing purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
13.1 If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at hello@voyage.rent with full details. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within two (2) working days and resolve them within ten (10) working days.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from these Terms, subject to your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
15.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will notify registered customers by email. Continued use of our service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
